James R. Swan, CIT, CET, CEAS II, CBSS is the driving force behind Digital Safety Solutions. Mr. Swan is a Certified Instructional Technologist (CIT) and a Certified Environmental Safety, Health and Environmental Trainer (CET). He is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist II (CEAS II) and a Certified Behavior Safety Specialist (CBSS). James is also authorized to teach the 10-hour and 30-hour training classes under the Occupational Safety and Heath Administration's (OSHA) General Industry Outreach Program. 

James knows personally the challenges of providing effective and practical safety, health and environmental services.  Over the years, he has sought to find more economical but effective ways to help other safety professionals be successful in their efforts.

Using the internet and all it's diverse capabilities, James has created a variety of free and low-cost digital resources to help anyone responsible for workplace safety be effective.

Mr. Swan wants to help his fellow safety professionals succeed at the never-ending task of keeping employees safe and helping American companies deliver the best value to all stakeholders.
